About The Position

Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success. We are looking for someone who is passionate about partnering with our Product, Sales and deployment consulting partners enabling the successful implementation of Global Payroll, which includes US Pay, CAN Pay, UKI Pay and AUS Pay and other related Workday products. The Sr. Product Advisor drives enablement through the following focus areas: Engaging with Early Adopter Customers and Strategic Customers in product escalations and customer corporate visits (as needed). Supporting New Offering Launches and Acquisitions, enabling consultants, managing Product Leads aligned to your product area. Advising Product Managers and Development on customer use cases, deployment considerations to ensure the launch of solid minimum viable products. Engaging in Innovative Sales Pursuits As a Sr Product Advisor, you will: Drive deployment efficiency by influencing the product roadmap as an advocate of Customer and Services feedback Advise on and influence Product and Development teams on the product design (oCHRO business challenges, use cases and requirements for a solid minimum viable product) and deployability, advocating for Services and Customer feedback Strategize how to leverage agentic technology to reduce deployment cost and effort Work with strategic customers deploying new products to ensure successful deployments Develop early deployment guidance on New Offering Launches and Acquisitions Collaborate with the broader Workday ecosystem to identify, architect and build technical solutions to reduce deployment efforts and escalations Support strategic sales opportunities involving new products, features, or complex solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with domain expertise in enterprise software applications, specifically Workday Payroll native countries (US, CAN, UKI and AUS) with a background of the Global Payroll Connector
  • 5+ years deploying or supporting Payroll software
  • Is adaptable and can adjust to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Communicates and collaborates effectively.
  • Learns new technologies and related product areas quickly.
  • Can handle multiple competing priorities.
  • Has strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Explains technical concepts to those with less technical knowledge.
  • Mentors consultants and leads small teams.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
