As a Program Manager for Indirect Procurement, you will play a critical role in translating Global Procurement strategic objectives into actionable program roadmaps that deliver measurable value to the organization. This position focuses on major capital construction and facilities operations initiatives, requiring strong leadership, program management expertise, and change management skills. You will lead cross-functional teams of leaders and individual contributors, driving program execution through comprehensive planning, customer engagement, and proactive risk management. By fostering collaboration and building trusted partnerships, you will enable successful implementation of high-impact projects that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Procurement, or related field.
  • 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in program management.
  • Proven track record in program delivery and change management.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, O365, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and Agile/backlog tools (Azure, Jira, Confluence).
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP).
  • SAP experience and Change Management Practitioner Certification (PROSCI).
  • Experience coordinating grants and working with governmental agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Management - Convert strategic objectives into detailed project plans and program roadmaps.
  • Manage programs from inception through sustainment, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Apply project management methods and use technology tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
  • Engage internal and external partners to support CHIPS program initiatives.
  • Leadership Through Influence - Drive adoption of processes, systems, and tools using change management principles.
  • Communicate effectively through clear messaging and storytelling to influence decisions and behaviors.
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Build positive relationships with program sponsors and customers to define scope, timelines, and resources.
  • Foster collaboration and manage conflicts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Domain Expertise & Strong Business Insight - Apply procurement knowledge in capital construction and facilities operations.
  • Incorporate guidelines and lessons learned to optimize program outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Interpret and act on data to guide decisions and deliver strategic insights.
  • Ensure programs achieve measurable benefits through data analysis and reporting.
  • Digital Innovation - Embrace new tools and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Find opportunities to demonstrate automation and digital solutions for better business outcomes.
