About The Position

The Senior Procurement Analyst manages supplier relationships and supports RFP processes to ensure effective sourcing and contracting. This role designs and analyzes complex reports on supplier performance, turning data into actionable insights that drive efficiency, compliance, and value across procurement operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the supplier performance management and development program, including leading supplier business reviews.
  • Design, oversee, and execute RFP processes to align with program goals and organizational requirements.
  • Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to establish, manage, and analyze RFPs and purchasing projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to rationalize and optimize the active supplier list, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • Design, generate, review, and implement reports to support account, client, and global sourcing requirements.
  • Present the results of reports along with their relative impacts on the business.
  • Maintain data integrity of databases and make changes as required to enhance accuracy, usefulness, and access.
  • Collect and rationalize complex data from many sources.
  • Conduct advanced financial evaluation.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Use data from many sources to create a complete overview that includes improvements and recommendation.
  • Point of contact for key processes in subject teams and day-to-day functions.
  • Review forecasts and investigate trends in general business conditions.
  • Make strategic recommendations to business.
  • Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
  • Have a broad knowledge of own job field and some knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • May convince to reach an agreement.
