About The Position

TreeHouse Foods’ tea business is looking for a detail-oriented and globally minded Senior Procurement Analyst to support sourcing and purchasing activities across our global supply base. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, supply continuity, and cost efficiency through supplier coordination, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or a related field, preferably within food, beverage, or agricultural commodities
  • Experience working with global suppliers and supporting sourcing or purchasing activities
  • Familiarity with import logistics, documentation, and inventory coordination
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, Quality, or Operations
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite or similar)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing and purchasing activities for tea and assigned herbs, including supplier coordination and order management
  • Build and maintain relationships with global suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and timely delivery
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply dynamics to support procurement decisions and identify risks
  • Coordinate import logistics, documentation, and compliance for tea and herbal ingredients into the U.S.
  • Prepare and manage key reporting, including inventory levels, stock aging, blend costing, and tariffs
  • Partner with R&D and Quality teams to support product development, blend evaluation, and issue resolution
  • Assist in supplier onboarding and approval processes, including documentation and certifications
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in procurement processes, reporting, and cost optimization
  • Participate in tea tastings and develop category knowledge over time
  • Other duties as assigned
