About The Position

The Sr. Process Improvement Project Manager will assist in managing various projects across the distribution network. Projects range from construction, renovation, and process improvement initiatives. Will effectively manage and maintain advanced knowledge of DC systems, processes and organization metrics (SMEs), manages the development, implementation, and support of ALL DC labor standards, labor management systems, and understands and communicates cause and effect of department decisions across the organization, leads and develops cross-functional projects/plans and in-depth analyses. Oversees project life cycle which includes coordinating efforts across many different departments and various external organizations ensuring all resources are aligned to help accomplish objectives on-time and within budget. Highly effective and skilled at Project Management.
