Overview The Sr. Process Engineer (Photolithography) plays a critical role in our organization, responsible for leading and supporting the development and improvement of photolithography processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of new processes, as well as the optimization of existing processes to achieve operational efficiency and product quality. Key responsibilities Lead the development and improvement of photolithography processes to meet manufacturing objectives. Conduct process troubleshooting and provide guidance on equipment maintenance to ensure uninterrupted production. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to implement new processes and technology transfers. Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize yield and throughput. Lead and support process qualification and validation activities. Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process capability, stability, and efficiency. Provide technical expertise and support for process-related issues during audits and customer interactions. Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-effective process solutions. Manage projects focusing on process development, cost reduction, and capacity expansion. Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on process-related tasks and best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in photolithography. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all process activities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on process performance and improvement projects.
