The Private Banking Relationship Officer is primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing high net worth members. This position is accountable for deposit, loan, and revenue growth as well as referral business to other areas of the Credit Union. The position requires the management of complex financial solutions and transactions. Duties and Responsibilities: Build and manage banking relationships with high-net-worth members while delivering a high value member experience. Proactively investigate opportunities to expand Private Client market share by working with prospects and existing members. Work closely with Credit Union partners in the business area and other internal sources. Develop, generate and follow-up on new member leads through various channels, including self-sourced prospects, existing members, and referrals from other departments. Conduct periodic reviews with members to determine additional products and services to meet their needs. Responsible for increasing deposit relationships for high-net-worth members. Responsible for sales, recommended loan structuring and high-level credit analysis for all loan requests. Cultivates strong community relations to develop a pipeline of quality prospects and referral sources. Assist the development and growth of the department while building relationships with both members and executive management. Other duties as assigned.
