About The Position

The Accounts org owns the foundational experiences that enable users to securely access Roblox, configure their presence, and manage how they interact with the platform. Within Accounts, the Account Management team is responsible for the surfaces and systems that give kids and parents control, clarity, and confidence over their experience. This includes some of the highest-impact features on Roblox, such as: Parental controls and consent Account settings and preferences Account types and age-aware experiences Platform-level settings required to support safety and regulatory compliance We’re looking for a Senior / Principal Product Manager to lead the Account Management team and define how these experiences evolve as Roblox continues to grow globally. This is a highly visible role with executive exposure and real-world impact on millions of families globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience leading large-scale, consumer-facing platforms.
  • Proven ability to own ambiguous, high-impact product areas and drive alignment across cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and user-centered mindset, with experience partnering with data science on metrics, experimentation, and decisions.
  • Track record of delivering simple, trusted experiences in high-stakes domains (identity, account management, safety, privacy, or family products).
  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven product development.

Responsibilities

  • Set product vision and strategy across user settings, parental consent and controls, account types, and compliance-driven capabilities - balancing growth, safety, usability, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead Parental Trust experiences evolving parental consent, controls, and visibility tools that are easy to discover, simple to set up, and adaptable to different levels of parental involvement.
  • Build trust through clarity, providing relevant and personalized information that helps parents understand how Roblox works, how safety protections apply, and how their child engages on the platform.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Trust & Safety, Policy, Legal, and Communications to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions.
  • Navigate complex tradeoffs across privacy, safety, compliance, and user experience, and clearly communicate decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Support compliance and platform integrity by translating evolving regulatory requirements into thoughtful, user-friendly account experiences.
  • Measure and improve impact by defining success metrics for adoption, engagement, trust, and retention, and partnering with analytics teams to iterate based on results.
