About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect - REMOTE. This role provides strategic and technical leadership in the development and evolution of enterprise architecture frameworks that align technology with business processes and data. By ensuring that technology investments support both current and future objectives, you will have a significant impact on improving efficiency, scalability, and productivity across the organization. Focusing primarily on Clinical Systems, you will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver meaningful architectural outcomes. You'll also offer governance oversight and mentor junior architects and engineers, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on key architectural strategies and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree.
• Five or more years of Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Five or more years of Software development experience.
• Proven experience in designing solutions in a large-scale healthcare organization.
• Deep knowledge of various architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
• Experience with relevant technologies like cloud (Azure, AWS) and AI.
• Experience in Patient care, Clinical Support, and related applications.
• Proficient in tools like Confluence, Jira, and draw.io.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks in alignment with business processes.
• Lead analysis of the current IT environment to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Define target-state architectures, reference models, and roadmaps for enterprise transformation.
• Collaborate across multiple architecture teams to deliver balanced architectural outcomes.
• Provide governance oversight and mentorship to architects and engineers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on architectural strategy and cloud adoption.
