Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Sr Principal Engineering Planning Analyst - Airworthiness to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position can be located within the continental United States but the preferred location is Melbourne, FL. The Sr Principal Engineering Planning Analyst will join the Aeronautics Systems' Airworthiness & Weapon Systems Cybersecurity team which has responsibility, authority, and accountability to review and assess compliance with the airworthiness requirements of civil and military airworthiness regulatory agencies, both domestic and international, for the company's aircraft systems. The candidate will be the corporate focal point for sUAS inquiries and support and be responsible for maintaining internal aircraft and pilot registries, while identifying opportunities to streamline the current sUAS registration process and identifying improvements for the registries.
