As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will lead the company’s pricing strategy across all business sectors, shaping how we compete and win in the federal marketplace. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role. You will design and drive compliant and competitive pricing models, lead our Price to Win strategy, and craft clear pricing volumes that articulate rationale and value. You will present pricing approaches directly to CxOs, adapt models in real time to answer “what if” scenarios, and provide the financial insights that guide winning decisions. This is not a back-office role. It is a chance to own the pricing function for a growing GovCon competing in the unrestricted space, where your expertise will directly impact company growth and mission success.

Requirements

  • Experience pricing Health IT, cybersecurity, logistics, and defense contracts.
  • Familiarity with DCAA compliance, cost accounting systems, and FP&A tools.

Nice To Haves

  • APMP, Shipley, or equivalent proposal/pricing training or certification.
  • Experience supporting Digital Modernization, Cloud Services, and Data Analytics.
  • Familiarity with FP&A tools, DCAA compliance, and cost accounting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of compliant cost proposals, pricing models, and pricing volumes in response to federal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
  • Ensure pricing aligns with solicitation requirements, FAR/DFARS, CAS, and internal policies.
  • Author and deliver clear, compelling pricing volumes that explain assumptions, rationale, and alignment with win themes.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer spend analysis to shape data-driven price to win strategies.
  • Partner with capture and proposal teams to ensure pricing supports technical solutions and strengthens win probability.
  • Build and maintain detailed cost models across contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus, etc.).
  • Rapidly adjust models to answer executive “what-if” and scenario-based questions.
  • Integrate indirect rates, escalation, labor categories, and fee structures into comprehensive solutions.
  • Leverage Concept Plus’s new HXG1 AI pricing tool to generate data-driven rate projections, labor category analyses, and competitive benchmarks, accelerating model development and improving accuracy across all bids.
  • Present pricing strategies and models to senior leadership and CxOs for review and approval.
  • Translate complex financial details into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with business development, operations, contracts, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Partner with solution architects to understand technical approaches and translate them into a defensible Basis of Estimate (BOE) that supports pricing models and ensures alignment between the cost proposal and the proposed solution.
