Our Presale Business Managers bring together the innovative communications solutions that make a difference in the moments that matter. The Sr. Presales Business Manager provides total presales solution ownership as the overall presale team business leader and manages the overall project business for his/her assigned projects. In this role, the Sr. Presales Business Manager holds accountability for: Lead the design of end-to-end ecosystem solutions, integrating technical architecture, implementation strategies, and service plans to secure high-value contract awards. Drive RFP and Sole Source projects to completion by synchronizing specialized teams. Proactively identify gaps in customer requirements to propose high-margin, ecosystem-based alternatives. Manage project lifecycles and team schedules (Sales, Service, and SI) across different product portfolios to ensure all proposal milestones are met with precision and quality. Ensure all proposed system solutions align with corporate profitability goals. The Sr. Presales Business Manager coordinates with the various functional teams (Systems Integration, Service, Sales, Product Groups) to ensure all business units goals are addressed in our proposals and win-strategies.
