About The Position

CJ Pony Parts, a leader in the automotive parts industry, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior PPC Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this key role, you'll manage and optimize our paid media strategy, overseeing multi-million-dollar annual ad spend to drive measurable growth. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure paid campaigns align with business objectives and deliver exceptional ROI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on eCommerce PPC experience, including writing high-performing ad copy and headlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Deep proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning complex data into actionable insights.
  • Passion for digital marketing, testing, and learning.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, and Video), Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads.
  • Oversee paid media strategies for our sister site, Classic Muscle Parts, tailoring campaigns to its audience and goals.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable paid media plans, including budget planning, demand forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Manage and optimize Google Shopping campaigns, including daily feed maintenance in Google Merchant Center.
  • Conduct performance analyses to refine bidding strategies, targeting, and creative assets.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and platform updates, implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with creative and development teams on ad copy, new creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Work with other marketing stakeholders to ensure strategies are integrated across all channels.
