The North America Supply & Inventory Management (S&IM) team is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory health across the geography, ensuring seamless alignment between marketplace demand and supply. As part of the broader Planning function, we combine marketplace insights, inventory objectives, and product hierarchy to drive supply strategies that support consumer demand in the marketplace. This role is critical in ensuring inventory is forecasted, purchased, and delivered efficiently, contributing directly to business success. NOTE: MULTIPLE OPENINGS AVAILABLE The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ experience in planning or supply chain operations with a proven track record delivering results. You’ll need strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear, actionable manner across diverse teams. Key qualities include: Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and translate it into strategic insights for diverse audiences. Collaboration : Superior interpersonal skills with experience building relationships across teams, functions, and regions. Agility : Ability to shift seamlessly between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities, with a focus on executing high-level plans while managing day-to-day operational details. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and use data to inform decision-making. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros) are essential. Problem Solving : Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Systems Knowledge : Familiarity with SAP ERP systems is preferred; proficiency in planning tools and software is a plus. Adaptability : Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training We are looking for a Senior Planner to manage end-to-end (E2E) inventory planning for a designated segment of the North America business. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all inventory planning needs and will require close collaboration with your cross-functional Sport squad, Marketplace Supply Chain and Global Supply Planning.
