As a Senior Analyst-Operations support for the People Group, you will be supporting the People Group HR BPs in all aspects of operations, with a focus on analytics, data, and reporting. You will provide operational and analytical support on routine and ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive the PG's priorities and meet the needs of our stakeholders. Working across the PG, you will use your analytical expertise to identify trends, issues and opportunities, all with the goal of improving customer experience and finding ways to make our business even better. You will be great fit for this role if: You are good with numbers and love to dig into data to find the story. Crafting reports and spreadsheets is a fun afternoon for you.
