The Sr. People Experience Specialist is a proactive, and people-centered team member supporting Thrive in finding and retaining top talent. This is a dynamic role that holds responsibility for sourcing talent and owning the recruiting lifecycle, as well as overseeing other parts of the employee lifecycle, including new hire onboarding, training, employee engagement, and performance management efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, building relationships, and managing HR processes from start to finish. The Sr. People Experience Specialist will work closely with Department Heads, and other company leaders to create scalable, effective practices. This role reports directly to the VP of People Experience. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impact and play an instrumental role in building a strong and scalable operational foundation.
