As a Senior People (HR) Business Partner, you will collaborate with leaders and employees to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster a positive organizational culture. In this exciting role, you will Partner with leaders and SME HR teams (Total Rewards, People Planning, Talent Management, TA, L&D) to deploy people solutions. Consult, advise, and support leaders with metrics, guidance, and development to improve organizational effectiveness. Lead and participate in HR initiatives and special projects. Support employee lifecycle activities (performance management, terminations, relocations, compliance with directives/local law). Drive talent development, career growth, diversity, inclusion, and unconscious-bias advocacy. Use project management skills to gain buy-in and deliver results. Influence business strategy with people analytics and market/industry insights.
