About The Position

The Sr. Payroll Administrator leads enterprise payroll operations for the University of South Florida’s large workforce, ensuring payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable requirements. This role supervises a team of payroll administrators, serves as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, strengthens pre- and post-payroll audit controls, and partners across HR, Finance, and IT to ensure payroll system integrity and a high-quality employee support experience.
