The Sr Payroll Analyst will be responsible for overseeing payroll consolidation and ensuring compliance with established deadlines and legal regulations. The role involves monitoring overtime and additional payments, withholdings and adjustments, and supporting internal/external audits. The analyst will handle payroll and timekeeping related inquiries, contribute to process improvements, and participate in payroll closure for US and Puerto Rico employees. Responsible to validate and interpret payroll and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, tax withholdings, and deductions Follow standard operating procedures for payroll processing including timecard review, salary adjustments and managing deductions. Ensure payroll and timekeeping are processed in compliance with company policy and all statutory requirements related to payroll and tax. Analyze, audit, reconcile, and resolve payroll related issues and support complex employee questions about paychecks, deductions, and other payroll-related matters. Assist with payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
