As a Senior Service Marketing Consultant - Contracts , you will be accountable for all aspects of customer and Cat Dealer contracts for the Job Site Solutions (JSS) organization. As a vital part of Caterpillar’s services growth targets, JSS is establishing outcome-based agreements that provide a differentiated customer experience. An important aspect of that differentiated experience is prompt, accurate, and high-quality legal agreements. This role is all about teamwork, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement. Requirements

  • Customer Focus Demonstrates strong direct customer and Cat Dealer‑facing experience, leveraging those interactions to understand needs and support aligned marketing strategies. Skilled in anticipating expectations and ensuring solutions reflect customer priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience with commercial contracts
  • High business acumen and understanding of Caterpillar and Cat Dealer products, services, and capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Process improvement experience or project-based work (NPI, systems design, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the JSS pricing team and commercial organization to draft high-quality legal agreements for customers and Cat Dealers
  • Engage Cat process partners (Cat Financial, Legal, Business Resources, etc) to ensure contracts are accurate and meet enterprise policies and procedures
  • Scope and execute capability and capacity improvements into the Salesforce-based JSS Contract Drafting Tool
  • Gather JSS fleet manager feedback and translate into contract enhancements and improvements
