As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Sr. Partnerships Account Manager to grow and optimize a strategic partner portfolio across Hi Marley’s ecosystem. Reporting to the SVP, Partnerships, this role owns category-level partnerships and is responsible for driving measurable ecosystem growth and integration expansion. This is a senior individual contributor role that operates with high autonomy and acts as a cross-functional multiplier within the partnership domain. The Sr. Partnerships Account Manager shapes execution within defined categories, strengthens integration collaboration, and drives alignment across Growth, Product, and Customer Success. The role requires strong familiarity with the P&C insurance ecosystem to effectively partner with System of Record providers, technology vendors, and service organizations.Teamwork and shared enthusiasm is a core part of our culture, which is why this role involves joining us in the Boston office for two days each week.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience working within or alongside P&C insurance carriers, technology providers, or service organizations, with demonstrated understanding of core workflows and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Proven success managing and growing complex, high-value partner portfolios within defined strategic categories.
  • Experience influencing integration planning and go-to-market coordination.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience leveraging established partnership agreements and frameworks.
  • Executive presence and comfort leading conversations with senior external stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and act as a cross-functional multiplier within your domain.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize a portfolio of strategic partner relationships across defined categories, ensuring strong execution and measurable growth.
  • Apply deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows and ecosystem dynamics to guide partner engagement, integration planning, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Lead partner acquisition and contracting using standard partnership frameworks and agreements, structuring strong commercial terms within established guardrails.
  • Influence integration planning and coordinate rollout efforts to ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth leadership to execute co-sell and go-to-market initiatives that expand ecosystem value.
  • Plan and facilitate Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with senior partner stakeholders and internal leaders to assess performance, expansion opportunities, and category growth.
  • Proactively identify and recommend partnership expansion opportunities within existing categories.
  • Act as a cross-functional multiplier by strengthening alignment across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve partnership execution.
  • Represent Hi Marley at industry events and partner gatherings as a senior relationship leader, strengthening ecosystem visibility and credibility.
