About The Position

Cohesity, a recognized leader in data security and management, is seeking a Senior Global Partner Marketing Manager to support and grow our Global System Integrator (GSI) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) partnerships worldwide. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to a company helping redefine the industry with innovative, AI‑powered data security solutions. As part of the Global Partner Marketing team, you’ll develop and execute partner marketing strategies that align with global go-to-market (GTM) priorities. This role focuses on building strong relationships with GSIs and MSPs to co-create campaigns, messaging, and programs that build and accelerate pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate closely with our key partners, internal sales teams, and across various marketing functions to deliver measurable results. Requirements

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on GSIs and MSPs, with a proven track record of delivering measurable, impactful results from co-marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
  • Communication: Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders across regions.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficient in using data to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and partner portals.
  • Travel: Ability to travel globally, as required, to support planning and execution of strategic programs.
  • Self-starter with growth-mindset, comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data security, backup/recovery, or cybersecurity markets.
  • Understanding of the broader partner ecosystem, particularly within security and SaaS industries.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement global partner marketing strategies for GSI and MSP audiences.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead joint marketing initiatives, including account‑based marketing (ABM), integrated campaigns, and digital programs.
  • Messaging & Content: Create clear and compelling joint value propositions, success stories, and co‑branded assets.
  • Performance Tracking: Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, pipeline impact, and partner engagement metrics.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and regional marketing teams to align on goals, messaging, and execution.
  • Event Management: Support partner‑related events, webinars, and sponsorships to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
