About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and expand relationships with top-tier Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading consulting firms (MCF/MBB). The GSI Consulting Partner Manager will drive co-sell initiatives, embed solutions into partner offerings, and generate pipeline and services revenue across enterprise accounts. The position requires deep understanding of partner business models, the ability to influence executive stakeholders, and experience operationalizing partnerships at scale. You will collaborate closely with internal teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure partners are fully enabled and aligned with business objectives. Success in this role is measured by partner-sourced revenue, joint go-to-market impact, and strategic alignment across consulting and system integration ecosystems. The role is remote, highly collaborative, and ideal for someone with a strong track record in enterprise SaaS partnerships and consulting ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, alliances, or partnerships at an enterprise SaaS company, GSI, or leading consulting firm (MCF/MBB).
  • Direct experience working with or within major GSIs or consulting firms, such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Capgemini.
  • Proven track record in building and growing services revenue streams, co-selling, and co-delivery initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills, with executive presence and ability to engage stakeholders across partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrated project planning and execution skills, managing complex partner initiatives from strategy through delivery.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple partners and deals simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset to assess partner performance, pipeline health, and identify improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage alliances with GSIs and consulting partners, maintaining executive-level relationships and understanding partner business priorities.
  • Drive co-sell motions, including account mapping, marketing support, pipeline generation, and integrated GTM campaigns.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners to effectively position, sell, and deliver enterprise solutions.
  • Define engagement strategies for key accounts and coordinate internal stakeholders to maximize partner impact.
  • Manage partner deal pipelines, including deal registration, progression tracking, and successful deal closure.
  • Operationalize partner programs, establish activity tracking, and drive joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Align partner strategies with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize strategic outcomes.
