About The Position
As a Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, contributing to strategic goals and enhancing client satisfaction. In this role, you will: Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions aligned with business objectives. Customize and optimize Approval Workflows to improve efficiency and compliance. Configure and enhance Core HR functionalities to streamline operations. Implement Oracle Cloud HCM Journeys to drive employee engagement. Ensure robust security measures to protect sensitive HR data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM with existing systems. Conduct workshops and training sessions to guide stakeholders on best practices. Provide strategic advice and ongoing support to clients on leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM. Requirements
- Extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and develop effective Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present technical concepts clearly.
- Proven track record in implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in a hybrid or onsite model.
- Proficiency in client account management and advisory services to enhance client relationships.

- Hands-on experience conducting workshops and training sessions for Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Ability to provide strategic advisory services to clients on HR technology adoption.
