As a Sr. Technology Consultant supporting the Network Operations Planning (NOP) department, you'll support the Recovery Program by identifying process and technology improvements that reduce the cost and time to recovery during irregular operations and enhance network resiliency through scheduling adjustments. You'll collaborate with business partners to understand current processes, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions where appropriate. Additionally, the Sr. Technology Consultant will develop and deliver executive-level communications, manage projects related to tool development, and drive initiatives that strengthen operational efficiency and resilience. Due to the nature of this role, you would be required to work from our Dallas, TX Headquarters facility during business hours.
