The Senior Network Operations Control Training (Sr NOC Trng) and Standards Program Manager provides Leadership and guidance in the daily duties of all phases of Dispatch Training and Standards, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and internal policies. They'll develop and maintain training programs, including initial, recurrent, and advanced instruction, while also assisting in setting minimum performance standards for NOC personnel. The Sr NOC Trng & Standards Program Manager is an excellent communicator and problem-solver, ready to support various NOC Teams with training materials and programs that meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Southwest Airlines requirements.
