As a Sr. Network Engineer III (Wireless), you’ll deliver senior wireless engineering expertise supporting a highly visible, security-sensitive customer with the goal to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise wireless solutions across the federal government. Our team is responsible for delivering secure, mission-critical network capabilities and you’ll operate as a trusted technical contributor within an Agile execution model, directly strengthening operational reliability and customer confidence. Requirements

  • An active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred; Relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • 10–15+ years of enterprise wireless and network engineering experience..
  • Hands-on experience conducting predictive and physical RF site surveys
  • Deep understanding of RF propagation and interference mitigation.
  • Hands-on experience with HPE Aruba controllers and access points supporting 802.11ax and 802.11be standards.
  • Required expert-level wireless certification such as CCIE Wireless or CWNE.
  • Possess a DoD 8140 DCWF Role of 441 – Network Operations Specialist with certifications such as CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, or SSCP.
  • Ability to contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct predictive and physical RF site surveys.
  • Design, deploy, and tune enterprise wireless networks.
  • Troubleshoot RF interference and wireless performance issues.
  • Support and maintain wireless controllers and access points.
  • Participate actively in Agile execution and technical discussions.
  • Communicate technical findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical environment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer trust through technical expertise, responsiveness, and reliability.
