Role Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Network Development Manager to join our Network Partnerships Team within the CareBenefits division under the Enterprise umbrella. In this role, you will own high-impact network growth initiatives, with a focus on developing and expanding enterprise-level, multi-location, and corporate partnerships across our Adult and Child Network. You will lead complex relationship development, contracting, and expansion efforts while serving as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a self-directed leader who can operate with autonomy, influence stakeholders, and drive scalable network growth in a fast-paced environment.This is a quota-carrying sales role with accountability for monthly network expansion goals.
