DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Sr. NEN Analys t to manage a technical environment integrates modern ITSM practices, multiple classified and unclassified DoD networks, diverse operating systems and hardware platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks to support program's mission through secure, reliable, and adaptive IT and IM operations.

Requirements

Experience: Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering.
Clearance: Active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide special project management and oversight.
Perform account and service management which consists of but is not limited to managing Nautilus accounts and services. This shall include creation, modification, and tracking accounts.
Service management shall include but is not limited to IMAC submittals, IMAC tracking, and hardware and software tracking, and inventory management.
End user communications shall consist of providing written communication to end users and customers on account and services status.
