About The Position

The NAM is responsible for executing distribution strategies, developing programs, and driving sales growth across our book of business. This fully remote role requires frequent travel (35-40%) for customer visits, meetings, and business development. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and efficient in both Excel and PowerPoint. We have a strong preference for candidates based in the Central Timezone (CST) due to customer connectivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of five years of relevant, self-directed work experience
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to execute strategy and drive results
  • Willingness and ability to travel 35-40% of the time
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage distribution strategies for assigned business segments
  • Develop and implement programs to support business and sales growth
  • Analyze data and create reports using Excel
  • Prepare impactful presentations in PowerPoint for leadership and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support distribution initiatives
  • Track progress against goals and provide regular updates
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
