Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Prepare and review loan documents. Review funding packages, calculate fees, and arrange for the disbursement of loan funds. Review approved loan files for closing. Prepare loan data for entry into the computer system. Handles the closing of all Government loans (FHA/VA/USDA). Qualifications Required Skills: Good communication skills, both verbal and in writing. Excellent telephone and customer service skills. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Encompass Ability to handle multiple assignments, organize and prioritize as needed. Required Experience: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years' related experience in the residential mortgage field, closing loans.
