Job Summary This position is responsible for setting enterprise strategy and governance for leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, performance management integration, and talent readiness across the organization. This role leads the end to end design, execution, and continuous improvement of talent systems that ensure a robust, diverse, and ready leadership pipeline aligned to long term business strategy. The role serves as a senior thought partner to HR and business leadership, translating workforce and talent insights into actionable strategies using data driven approaches, including talent analytics, 9 box modeling, and integrated assessment strategies. The Senior Manager leads and develops a team of talent professionals and provides enterprise leadership for high impact, high visibility talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology with 7 years of experience in corporate talent, and leadership development OR 11+ years of experience in corporate talent, and leadership development
  • 3 years of experience leading/managing a team
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and programs such as succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and career planning
  • Experience with leadership assessment and evaluation, leadership development, retention programs, and talent reviews and succession methodologies and facilitation
  • Experience designing and analyzing leadership programs including front-line through executives
  • Experience with using leadership assessments (i.e. Hogan, StrengthsFinder, MBTI, etc. )
  • Experience interacting and consulting at the executive level
  • Experience with presentations, proposals, and corporate communications
  • Experience in partnering with organizational divisions and HR to facilitate execution of HR programs
  • Experience planning and successfully managing large-scale projects

Nice To Haves

  • Master or Doctorate Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology
  • Professional certifications, such as: SHRM‑SCP or SPHR, ICF (ACC, PCC), Hogan Certification, Korn Ferry, CCL, or similar assessment certifications
  • Workday experience, specifically with: Workday Talent Optimization, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Talent Reviews
  • Experience supporting or leading talent strategy within a large, complex enterprise organization
