This role drives service commercial strategy, builds business cases for new service offerings, partners with Strategic Marketing on service-related product features, and leads global launch excellence for new products, new services, and global expansion. The role also oversees service sales operations, including forecasting, data analytics, offer configuration, and product code creation to support scalable commercial execution.
