The role provides overall leadership and direction to the Inbound inside sales organization and will develop the overall strategy and steward the execution plans to proactively seek out and sell new opportunities. Analyzing key departmental metrics is a critical element of this role. Proactively monitoring results and implementing key initiatives as needed is vital to overall success of the department.
