About The Position

This role is a senior finance leadership position responsible for driving global revenue forecasting, channel planning, and sales performance tracking across multiple regions. You will manage financial planning, budgeting, and incentive programs for channel operations while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and business units to ensure alignment on assumptions, market insights, and operational priorities. The position combines strategic analysis, process improvement, and financial modeling to support global decision-making. You will lead a small team, provide insights into performance metrics, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. This role is remote, requires collaboration with global teams, and provides an opportunity to shape financial processes and tools in a high-growth, multinational environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5–7 years of FP&A, finance, or operations experience, ideally in a manufacturing or global business environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and expertise in variance analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial systems.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive results in a complex, fast-paced environment.

  • Experience leading small teams or mentoring finance professionals is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global quarterly revenue forecasting, annual planning, and intra-quarter sales tracking with thorough financial analyses.
  • Manage global channel budgets, operating expenses, and headcount planning in coordination with regional teams and HR.
  • Deliver monthly Finance/Sales reporting and maintain bookings and cost-to-serve performance dashboards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, data transformation efforts, and standardization of reporting processes.
  • Consolidate and communicate market insights by collaborating with Sales, Channel Finance leads, and business unit partners.
  • Provide ad hoc financial modeling and analysis to support strategic channel initiatives.
  • Manage the Finance portion of the global Sales Incentive Plan, including target setting, payout calculations, and process improvements.
  • Influence cross-functional partners and support talent development, diversity, and retention efforts within the organization.
