Requirements

2+ years of experience in Government Operations or Medicare/Medicaid work
3+ years experience with RXClaim adjudications
Proficient with PC-based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to provide knowledge transfer and coaching to build subject matter expertise across the team
Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship to ensure role readiness and adherence to best practices
Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong critical thinking capabilities with the ability to analyze issues and drive effective resolution
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve outcomes
Proven comfortable with limited PTO during Q4/Q1 each year

Familiarity with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Explanation of Benefits
Experience with MessagePoint
Experience with Doc360
Experience with UAT testing

Responsibilities

Oversight and management of federally regulated member communications for 65+ clients
Adhere to and implement best in class practices with precision
Proficiently execute the onboarding process for new clients
Effectively communicate issues and information to appropriate audiences
Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies.
