Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Government Operations or Medicare/Medicaid work
  • 3+ years experience with RXClaim adjudications
  • Proficient with PC-based software programs (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide knowledge transfer and coaching to build subject matter expertise across the team
  • Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship to ensure role readiness and adherence to best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to exhibit strong critical thinking capabilities with the ability to analyze issues and drive effective resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve outcomes
  • Proven comfortable with limited PTO during Q4/Q1 each year

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Center for Medicare and Medicaid Explanation of Benefits
  • Experience with MessagePoint
  • Experience with Doc360
  • Experience with UAT testing

Responsibilities

  • Oversight and management of federally regulated member communications for 65+ clients
  • Adhere to and implement best in class practices with precision
  • Proficiently execute the onboarding process for new clients
  • Effectively communicate issues and information to appropriate audiences
  • Produce, publish, and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes, and technologies.
