We are hiring a Sr Manager, Paid Media & Creative who will play a critical role in driving creative and media excellence across our portfolio of brands. This role leads the development of GPN paid media strategy, standards, and performance frameworks in close partnership with brand teams and agency, ensuring that every dollar spent delivers both immediate impact and long-term brand growth. In parallel, this leader builds and maintains a scalable ecosystem of creative and content partners to meet evolving business need, ranging from big idea campaign development to agile content production, influencer activations, and retail media adaptation. They serve as a connector between strategy, creative, and media; ensuring all work ladders up to unified brand storytelling that is insight driven, culturally relevant, and optimized for performance. By establishing consistent processes, tools, and relationships, the Sr Manager, Paid Media & Creative enables the Marketing Center of Excellence (COE) to drive efficiency, creativity, and accountability across how we plan, create, and execute marketing across the enterprise: Media Excellence: Define cross brand paid media strategy, standards, and performance metrics in collaboration with brand and agency. Partner with media agency to develop best in class media planning, investment, and optimization frameworks. Ensure data driven decision making across all campaigns through clear KPIs, test and learn roadmaps, and performance reporting. Demonstrate thought leadership by pushing for new directions, approaches, and ideas to keep pace with a dynamic media landscape. Create and scale best practices for how we build brands and capture demand. Creative Agency Leadership Build and manage a scalable network of creative, content, and production partners across the GPN portfolio. Develop and manage the Creative Agency Library, capturing scopes, rate cards, evaluations, and recommended partners. Establish clear processes for agency briefing, feedback, versioning, and creative optimization. Partner with the COE Insights and Brand Strategy teams to ensure all creative work is grounded in consumer understanding and aligned to business priorities. Governance, Process, and Capability Building Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline creative versioning, personalization, and optimization. Create and maintain toolkits, playbooks, and templates to drive consistency and scalability in creative and media processes. Lead Creative and Media Learning Labs to build internal capability and keep teams ahead of industry trends. Define and track COE level creative and media KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability. Build relationships with key internal stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
