Position Summary: As a Senior Mechanical Engineering and Department Leader, you will provide technical and strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding mechanical designs from concept through construction administration and certificate of occupancy. You will serve as a trusted technical authority, delivering complex projects with precision while mentoring and developing high-performing engineers and designers. Your expertise across multiple market sectors and familiarity with regional codes, standards, and design practices in Seattle and surrounding areas will be critical to project success and client satisfaction.
