Serve as the primary SME for Maximo 9.x, including configuration, customization, and administration. Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and patches within the Maximo environment. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Maximo solutions. Configure applications, workflows, automation scripts, and security groups. Integrate Maximo with external systems such as Windchill and Fleetwatch. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions. Support data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user guides. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to improve asset lifecycle management. Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure optimal system usage. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency and reliability.
