The Sr. Marketing Strategist – Proprietary will be responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth and value within Nutrien Ag Solutions’ proprietary brands, including Dyna-Gro Seed, Proven Seed and the Loveland Products international business. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies that not only elevate each portfolio but also support and strengthen the complete Nutrien Ag Solutions retail offering. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, optimizing proprietary marketing campaigns, and delivering initiatives that increase product consideration, preference, and loyalty. This position will work cross-functionally with commercial, product, and brand teams to ensure seamless execution, brand alignment, and strong marketplace impact. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the seed industry. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Brand and Marketing Strategy and will collaborate with the Seed Marketing and Loveland Products leadership teams. Some travel may be required.
