About The Position

As the Marketing Manager - Power Providers, you will have the opportunity to: Ensure delivery of Enterprise Marketing strategic plans across assigned client segments, positioning the BV brand and promoting our full portfolio of solutions that contribute to top and bottom- line growth by filling the sales funnel with qualified leads Serve the business as a marketing partner for Power Providers, BV's largest client-facing market segment. The Team Black & Veatch's Enterprise Evolution consists of critical functions focused on identifying market opportunities and bringing together our client-facing and growth efforts. Functions include Enterprise Marketing & Communications, Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Strategy, Innovation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or a related field; or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years related experience
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong track record of integrated marketing in a B2B environment, particularly in a services industry.
  • Familiarity with energy markets preferred
  • Experience with implementing integrated marketing campaigns to define and differentiate offerings to existing and new clients
  • Proven ability to demonstrate geographic and cultural awareness and understanding of planned campaigns to reach diverse client types
  • Ability to work across diverse teams and geographic locations is a must.
  • Demonstrated ability in project management and execution
  • Understanding of an integrated marketing mix to support digital and traditional marketing efforts
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to strategically plan and manage Marketing projects
  • Demonstrated creativity in strategic implementation
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Manage implementation of enterprise marketing strategy at the segment and sub-segment level
  • Coordinate with functional marketing teams to implement and manage tactical campaign execution
  • Lead execution of event plans in accordance with strategic goals and imperatives, coordinating with functional marketing teams to ensure effective execution
  • Manage development and execution of required event deliverables, including booth, signage, graphics, social, collateral provision, etc.
  • Ensure brand integrity during execution of client-facing marketing efforts
  • Schedule, manage and promote content through social media channels aligned with External Affairs/Social Media teams
  • Manage, analyze and qualify lead generation results in conjunction with Marketing Lead and Demand Generation team
  • Engage with SMEs and Client Account teams to help schedule, document & track association engagement
  • Manage tactical KPI development and reporting
