About The Position

Advantech is seeking a Marketing Senior Specialist responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand for Advantech’s products within the Cloud Computing and AI Deep Learning space. This role will focus on creating localized go-to-market (GTM) strategies that engage target audiences, generate product interest, and drive qualified leads. In addition to product marketing responsibilities, the Marketing Specialist will support channel partners by developing co-marketing programs, providing marketing assets, and executing joint campaigns to enhance partner engagement and sales enablement. This role requires strong collaboration across internal teams and distributors to ensure effective product positioning, demand generation, and overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, with an emphasis on high-tech fields.
  • Experience developing GTM strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong skills in creating content that communicates complex product information in an engaging and relatable way.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in use of business productivity tools such as Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite, and Google Suite
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess efficient time management, strong organizational skills, is self-motivated and detail oriented.
  • Positive and determined attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems, processes, plans, and programs.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
  • Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement localized GTM marketing strategies for Advantech’s Cloud-IoT product lines.( https://www.advantech.com/en-us/cloud-iot )
  • Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns leveraging a variety of marketing tactics to promote select Advantech products into assigned vertical markets.
  • Manage product launch strategies, including internal and external communication plans.
  • Lead generation through various marketing tactics for all stages of the buying cycle and marketing funnel.
  • Own budget and execute paid marketing campaigns including paid social media campaigns, media programs, and advertisements to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create and localize marketing collaterals from concept to completion.
  • Research new and maintain existing online industry memberships, portals, and directories.
  • Design and implement clear and effective email promotions, web pages, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Design, and Marketing teams across global and regional offices to create original content, plan and execute events, and track campaigns.
