About The Position

The Sr. Marketing Programs Manager will play a critical role in driving strategic, high-impact marketing initiatives that support pipeline growth and customer expansion. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing, this role focuses on developing and executing account-based and partner-driven programs that align closely with revenue goals. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to build targeted programs that engage key accounts and strengthen strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, operates with a strong sense of ownership, and actively seeks clarity and input to continuously improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on program marketing, account-based marketing, or partner marketing.
  • Proven ability to build and execute strategic marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams on account targeting and pipeline development.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work, with a willingness to seek input, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously improve.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice To Haves

  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the restoration or insurance industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy and Development: Develop and execute marketing program strategies aligned with Encircle’s business objectives, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) and partner-led growth.
  • Identify high-value target accounts and segments, and design tailored programs to engage and convert them.
  • Define program goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to track success and continuously optimize performance.
  • Program Execution and Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing programs, including partner campaigns, ABM initiatives, webinars, digital campaigns, and targeted outreach.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align on account priorities, messaging, and follow-up strategies.
  • Work with internal teams (Content, Design, Product Marketing) to develop compelling assets and coordinated campaigns.
  • Manage program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
  • Oversee and assist with the development of landing pages, email templates, and other program-related materials.
  • Partner and Account-Based Marketing: Build and manage strategic marketing initiatives with key partners to drive mutual growth and co-marketing success.
  • Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that deepen engagement with priority accounts and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to expand and strengthen partner relationships through marketing programs.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track and report on program performance, providing insights into pipeline contribution, engagement, and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and program execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong alignment on target accounts, lead quality, and pipeline progression.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure messaging reflects product positioning and updates.
  • Communicate program plans, progress, and results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Staying Current: Stay informed on emerging trends in B2B marketing, particularly in account-based marketing and partner ecosystems.
  • Bring forward new ideas and approaches to continuously evolve Encircle’s marketing programs.
