About The Position

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in marketing communications, business or related field.
• 8 years' experience in marketing/business development in a professional services environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and develop solutions and recommendations.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in strategic planning and execution with a client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regulatory practice group.
• Identify, drive, and oversee new business development opportunities and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue growth objectives.
• Work with lawyers across various groups to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
• Develop strategies for practice group growth and expansion of client relationships.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with centralized marketing support teams to create impactful digital campaigns and media relations.
• Ensure execution of global and national marketing initiatives with strategic cooperation of sub-practice groups.
• Manage practice events, sponsorship activities, and advertisements.
