NEUWAVE™ is currently recruiting for a Senior Manager , Global Strategic Marketing (GSM ), for its NEUWAVE™ advanced microwave ablation platform. NeuWave Medical is located in Madison, WI. However, the position can be remote or located at any of the US Ethicon sites, preferably Madison, Cincinnati, or Raritan. The NEUWAVE™ Microwave Ablation System is designed with the premise that each patient and each lesion is unique. The system has a range of probes with distal energy control, multi-probe capabilities, and TISSU-LOC Technology , along with advanced visualization and guidance software, enabling interventional radiologists to efficiently tailor ablation zones and confirm margins. The Sr. Marketing Manager – GSM – N euWave ™ will play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and execution for our NeuWave platform solution , which includes the development of marketing materials, supporting professional education programs, managing events and media, working closely with key opinion leaders, and gather customer insights . The Sr. Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory to bring new innovation to market . Reporting to the GSM Director – NEUWAVE™ platform, this role leads marketing program development and execution associated with the base business and new product launches . The Sr. Manager also supports upstream initiatives including advisory boards , expanded indications and works closely with the regional Neuwave commercial teams who are implementing the global marketing and new product launch strategies .

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Marketing, Engineering, Medical Sciences or related field – adjust for more generic
  • A minimum of 5 years health care experience
  • Marketing or applicable experience
  • Must exhibit proficiency commensurate with grade in the following competencies: adaptability, teamwork, initiative, innovation, integrity, analytical, leadership, strategic thinking, and communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent cross-functional and management influencing skills and ability to develop customer relationships
  • Demonstrated competency with complex medical procedure development and the understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Organized , s trategic mentality, and creative problem - solving

Nice To Haves

  • Interventional Oncology or Interventional Pulmonology experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of product and market development marketing is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency building and executing marketing strategies, launching new products and executing a defined launch process with regional commercial partners
  • Proven success in global product management, strategic planning, and managing commercial strategies through regional partners is strongly preferred
  • Experience developing capital pipeline , service, training solutions, and downstream go-to-market strategies for capital and software.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and applying customer insight preferred
  • Experience with global marketing, global brand management, new product launches, and influencing commercial leaders to translate strategy to execution.
  • Experience working within a small company/startup environment.
  • This position may require up to 35 % travel including both domestic and/or international

Responsibilities

  • To become the subject matter expert on the NeuWave system capabilities, reimbursement landscape, competition, clinical applications , and disease state level unmet needs based on input from clinical thought leaders and a thorough analysis of the external environment ( e.g. healthcare, industry, competitive, regulatory, customer, technology, payors, etc.)
  • Provide the key link between the geographic regions (U.S., EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America, Canada) and key functional areas (Research and development, Business development, Medical/Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Health Economics/Market Access teams)
  • Drive the development and delivery of platform strategic plans, in collaboration with functional partners, regional commercial partners, disease state experts and the broader NeuWave strategic marketing team
