As a Senior Marketing Manager | Beauty, you will lead marketing strategy development, planning & execution and oversee owned brand activation while spearheading new initiatives to better serve our guest. This role requires strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills along with accountability and attention to detail. You will translate business goals and guest insights into actionable and measurable marketing strategies. In your role, you will manage relationships with internal teams, agencies and external partners while leveraging the channel expertise of a broad cross-functional team. Here, your ability to bring teams together to create holistic and effective marketing plans across many disciplines will enable us to meet the guest where they are.
