About The Position
CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist to join our Corporate - Marketing Team at any of the following office locations: Albany, NY; Rochester, NY; Syracuse, NY; Parsippany, NJ; Fort Washington, PA; Hartford, CT; Indianapolis, IN; Silver Spring, MD; Reading, PA; or Nowell, MA. CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist at CHA plays an integral role on our Marketing team by driving all marketing-related activities for our Power & Manufacturing sector's Advanced Energy & Manufacturing business line. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist takes pride in managing relationships with their clients and leads proposal efforts from kick-off through proposal submission providing value-added input on strategy and content - keeping their team on track to reach pivotal milestones while ensuring CHA's response meets all RFP requirements. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business or other related field of study required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated writing and editing skills
- Proven to be client focused
- Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout
- Outgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starter
- Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish
- Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in AEC industry a plus
