Sr. Marketing & BD Manager - Law
About The Position
Our tenured client, a thriving legal practice in Essex County, NJ is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Marketing & BD - must have previous experience in marketing and business development specifically for a law firm. In this pivotal role YOU will: Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to support goals. Oversee content for alerts, newsletters, press releases, website, and socials. Manage digital presence (website updates, SEO, and email marketing). Collaborate with individual attorneys to develop marketing plans, create bios, and prepare proposals, and presentations. Work with external designers, PR firms, and vendors as needed. YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of legal marketing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools including WordPress, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and LinkedIn. Knowledge of CRM systems
