About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Project Manager with a track record in delivering results within a manufacturing company to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, meet business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder value.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Engineering
Masters in Project Management, Engineering, or MBA
PMP, CSP, or CTC certification VERY STRONGLY PREFERRED
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive manufacturing and/or project management experience
Proven track record of leading successful post-acquisition integrations
Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, due diligence, and change management
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Experience driving cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing organizations
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner
Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes

Experience in innovative/R&D environments is a plus

Responsibilities

Drive cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, with a focus on/understanding of production, process optimization, and plant operations.
Manage multiple concurrent projects involving manufacturing scale-up, process improvements, and technology integration while maintaining clear prioritization
Lead end-to-end M&A and integration initiatives, including post-close activities, planning, execution, and KPI tracking
Proactively identify and mitigate risks/blockers including those related to safety & regulatory compliance.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless execution
Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders; Lead updates with the Project Team and SteerCo.
Manage change control processes related to scope, schedule, and budget
Maintain documentation of integration processes and decisions
Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to improve future project delivery and manufacturing efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer delight requirements are consistently met and exceeded.
