As a Senior Manufacturing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Medtronic’s mission to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life for patients around the world. Here, bold leadership isn’t just an aspiration—it’s how we partner across the industry to take on systemic healthcare challenges with clarity and conviction. If you’re motivated by complex challenges, energized by innovation, and passionate about making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to help shape the next generation of life changing medical technology. At Medtronic Danvers, your work will influence the future of healthcare and improve patients’ lives every single second. We invite you to join our team and leave your mark on a healthier world. At Medtronic, we operate with purpose and ownership, always mindful that a human life is on the other side of every decision we make. We bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness, keeping patients at the center of everything we do. The Danvers facility is a cornerstone of Medtronic’s Cardiovascular and Neuroscience businesses, supporting 11 of the 16 Operating Units in Medtronic. Danvers is also a vertically integrated supplier to many of the Medtronic facilities around the world. As the Senior Manufacturing Manager, you will plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the value stream and its associated processes at the enterprise level. You’ll guide day‑to-day execution and long‑term strategy in a highly collaborative environment. You will ensure alignment with company objectives and operating budgets while meeting safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. This includes leading and coordinating activities across a cross functional team spanning engineering, purchasing, scheduling, manufacturing, operational excellence and in process quality functions.
